SUPPORT A MISSIONARY!
The third letter of John reminds us that when we route our giving
dollars to the mechanisms that send gospel workers into the world,
we will do well. WE WILL DO WELL.
We are currently praying for new partners to financially support
one or several Haitian missionaries, these saints will be part
of our mission staff at the Rock International House of Prayer
in Haiti. The Rock House of
Prayer is a missions base community of urban missionaries
being raised up in Croix Des Bouquets Haiti. The Missions Base
exists to raise up radical missionaries in the midst of a global,
day and night, worship and prayer movement whose hearts are fascinated
in intimacy with Jesus Christ as they are empowered to go to the
ends of the earth fulfilling the mandate of the Great Commission.
We are called to live lives that reflect the first and second
commandments.
The Rock house of prayer is the core and heartbeat of Bethel Mission
Outreach. We do nothing apart from the value of day and night
prayer and intimacy. We "behold Him and then reveal Him".
We believe the greatest Harvesters will be those who passionately
love Him in the place of prayer and intimacy.
Currently we have funding for 20 missionaries. Each full time
Missionaries will receive $60.00 monthly to help him or her cover
their expenses while fulfilling their part of the Great commission
at the house of Prayer.
Testimonies!
| My trip to Haiti with Gary in October was definitely an
experience that God has used in my life already. I came home
with a deep gratitude for God's blessings on our country,
which I believe is because of the foundation that America
was founded on, one that glorified Him. I pray that our hearts
will be open to His greatness towards us all and quicken us
to share His love to the body of Christ in Haiti and all over
the world. I saw how Haiti is in desperate need of His light
- we have taken His light for granted because most of us have
always lived in a culture where His light is shining. We have
had no idea how dark the darkness is. You just don't know
until you go somewhere like Haiti and see it first hand. We
should all stop and truly offer sincere thanks to God for
sending His great light into the world - Jesus - and thank
Him that He lives in us and shines through us into the dark
places like Haiti. Thank you Gary, for allowing me to go with
you and I pray for your ministry as it reaches into the darkness.

Dear Pastor Gary,
My experience in Haiti was a very positive one. I truly believe
the work you, the pastors, and teachers at the compound are
doing are in the Lord’s favor. I was truly impressed
with Pastor Renel’s heart, hard work, and servant’s
attitude that spread through all the other workers and teachers
at the compound. His love for the Lord Jesus and his enthusiastic,
yet humble leadership is contagious. Seeing all the kids and
playing with them was great fun! The teenage boys would come
hang out with us every evening at bedtime and enjoyed talking
and cutting upJ I enjoyed visiting the neighbors around the
outside of the compound. And I truly enjoyed worshiping at
Pastor Reginald’s church in town and worshipping at
the compound. Pastor Gary, thank you for embracing this work
of the Lord and may you always continue in His work and favor.
Love, Nathan Mixon |
Pastor Gary, “My work with Bethel
Mission Outreach in Haiti was both physically and spiritually
challenging – moving me far out of my ‘comfort
zone’! Fifteen days there taught me new meanings to
the words ‘teamwork’, ‘hard work’,
and ‘network’. Haitian pastors, teachers, and
co-workers were so willing to serve the Lord and one another,
putting deep faith into practice in all they do.
This trip was AWESOME!!” -David Brooks |
